Program Overview

Welcome to San Lorenzo's Adult Transition Program on the Royal Sunset Campus! We're excited to work with your children as they transition to contributing, kind, and responsible young adults. 

 

The Adult Transition Program is designed for students ages 18-22 with disabilities. Emphasis is on functional life skills for responsible independence at home, school, community, and vocational settings.

 

Program hours are from 8am-1pm, with adherence to the San Lorenzo District Calendar for secondary campuses. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Welcome!
