You are invited to participate in the last AAFAC of the 2020-2021 school year. Each African American/Black 12-grade graduate will receive a Sankofa stole and all will receive HBCU and general college information. This night will focus on celebrating and preparing our Black scholars for what they will need at the next level of college and career. We are looking forward to seeing you on May 27.
While the COVID-19 crisis has created uncertainty for many graduating seniors, the community college pathway is more relevant than ever and will play a critical role in our state’s economic recovery. As the largest provider of career education training in the nation, California’s community colleges are the backbone of our state’s workforce – both today and tomorrow. Below you will find a link to a letter, in English and Spanish.
