All students and families, please go online to the Aeries Family Portal and follow the Confirmation of Information directions. Read the documents in the September packet. Print out and both parent and student sign LEGIBLY the Confirmation and Authorization form.
NEW students - call Ms. Tavares at 510-317-4451 to set up an Intake appointment. Bring the signature page to your appointment. All other forms will be provided at the appointment.
RETURNING students - please drop off the signature page and complete registration card during office hours Wednesday 8/14 through Friday 8/16 from 9am to 3pm or during the open computer lab hours listed below.
